Bluegrass Hall is the perfect place for breakfast meetings or luncheons for your company! The daytime rate includes the A/V system as well as the lights. This includes a projector and screen, as well as microphones and the appropriate hooks-ups for your presentation. You also have use of the stage and podium. Tables, chairs, and linens are available at an additional charge.
We do not provide catering, however, we welcome any catering company as long as they are licensed and insured. Our prep kitchen is spacious and well equipped for whichever caterer you choose. Our large commercial refrigerator is the perfect holding spot for box lunches, and all the prep space makes a breakfast buffet a breeze to put together.
Bluegrass Hall is available to rent during daytime hours throughout the week for a minimum of 4 hours. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 due at the time of booking.

Tables are billed at $3.00 per table and chairs are billed at $0.50 per chair.

The weeknight slots offer a beautiful space for a rate that is perfect for a retirement party, graduation party, engagement party and so many other big celebrations. Take advantage of the included A/V and Lights to wow your guests with a colorful, fun room or play a sentimental slideshow on the projector. Tables, chairs, and linens are available for an additional charge.
