Bluegrass Hall is available for tours by appointment, Monday - Friday between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. To book a tour, please inquire via our contact page, send an email to contact@thebluegrasshall.com, or give us a call at 859-881-0412.

There are no peak season premiums at Bluegrass Hall. Our hourly rates are consistent throughout the year, regardless of the type of event you are planning.
Bluegrass Hall has an occupancy limit of 150 persons.
There are 30 parking spaces available in front of Bluegrass Hall, with additional parking allowed behind the building and on the street.
Alcohol may be served in Bluegrass Hall under the following conditions:
1) The client has acquired an event insurance policy that lists Bluegrass Hall, LLC as an additional insured, and the policy includes Host Liquor Liability.
2) All alcohol is served by a STAR certified bartender with proof of their certification.
Clients are responsible for returning the facility to its original condition. All food, drinks, and decorations should be removed from the venue or placed in the provided trash cans. Any excessive messes such as spills caused by food or drinks, glitter, confetti, flower petals, etc. must be addressed by the client. An on-site staff manager will replace trash bags, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper throughout the event as necessary. Clients are not required to remove trash bags from the facility after the event.
The women's room includes 2 standard stalls, as well as a third stall with a changing station. The men's room includes 2 standard stalls and 2 urinals. The VIP suite also includes a single private restroom.
The prep kitchen includes a two-door commercial refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, a deep-basin sink, an ice machine, and a standard microwave. The prep kitchen does not include a stove or oven for heating food. Clients are permitted to provide their own chafing dishes, crockpots, smokeless cookware, etc. for warming.
Our premium audio/visual package is included in every booking at no additional cost. In this package, we provide a professional sound system equipped with speakers and microphones for both indoor and outdoor events, 2 HD media projectors, and an exciting indoor lighting system that can be customized to your event.
For any event in which alcohol will be served or food from a non-licensed caterer is served, Bluegrass Hall requires the host to take out an event insurance policy. The policy must include Host Liquor Liability if alcohol will be served. Additionally, please verify that the policy you select will cover all of the days you will be using Bluegrass Hall’s facility’s (set-up, event time, clean up).
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $500 must be paid by the client at least 30 days prior to the client's event. Accepted payments include cash, check, and credit card (please note that payments via card incur a 3% processing fee.)
