A Message regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus

We are closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation through updates from local, state, and national officials. Currently we are open and accepting new bookings. Our venue is operating at a 30% capacity in order to comply with local regulations and maintain proper social distancing. This puts our total capacity at 60 people. This is the capacity for the entire space, so please keep in mind how many vendors you will have present at your event, as it will affect the number of guests you can have in the space. All new events booked after March 11, 2020 will be subject to our regular cancellation and refund policy as this is the date that COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and it is now considered a known event.

In addition to the capacity restrictions, we are also following all other current requirements and recommendations regarding COVID-19. Currently, this means that all attendees must wear a mask throughout the entirety of the event. We also must follow social distancing guidelines and only guests who reside in the same household should be seated together when possible. It is strongly suggested that you create a seating chart for your event, this will make this recommendation much more manageable. The state authorities also require we have a list of all guests in attendance along with their name and telephone number. At this time we are unable to allow buffet or self-serve style meals. You must either serve a plated dinner or have people come up individually to pick up a pre-portioned plate excusing guests by tables. All drinks served must be individually packaged or poured by designated serving staff and served directly to the guest or picked up one at a time from a central serving station. Our ice machine is currently out of use.

Lastly, we do ask that you remind your attendees to stay home if they have been or are currently ill. We do not require temperature checks at the door, but you are welcome to do so if you would like. We will ask you to sign a waiver when you sign your contract that states you are aware of the risks of contracting COVID.

We understand this is a difficult time and we appreciate you working with us to keep you and your guests safe and healthy. As restrictions change, we will re-evaluate these policies, but we will always stay in line with the government mandated policies for events. We look forward to hosting a beautiful and safe event with you!
